Early life and Education 

Mohammad Azam Khan was born 14 August 1948 mohalla gairmeer baaz khan Rampur, district Uttar pradesh India.

He Rampur  the  Sundar  lal  inter  college  graduate and then in 1974 Aligarh Muslim university LLB (Hons) studies  complete. In politics completely before the Azam Khan Tazeen fatima to marry done. Two sons were Adeeb khan and Abdullah  Azam Khan.

Political career 

Samajwadi  party leader Azam Khan started his political career with Aligarh  Muslim  university. He was  the  Secretary  of the student union at the university. in 1976,the janta's party  join after this, staying in the janta party is of district  level politics. Later joined the Lok dal, but after a few months again the janta dal came in. In Aligarh, faridabad, varanasi and unnao for three years they were imprisoned in deffirent jails for raising voice against fascism and political injustice. He was also arrested under MISA during the emergency.
